Cannot send/receive emails (Outlook Express):

1. Open Outlook Express

2. Click on Tools tab and select "Options"

3. Click on "Connection" tab

4. Uncheck the box beside " Hang up after sending and receiving "

5. Click "Apply" and then click "OK"
